 Duties of a nursery teacher 

A nursery teacher is a person in charge of planning and organising different indoor and outdoor activities for children aged three to five years old in nursery schools. Duties of a nursery teacher include developing their skills in numbers, literacy, and language; helping children improve their personal, physical, social, and emotional aspects; assisting them in reaching early National Curriculum learning aims; and promoting good behaviour and cooperation. Other duties in working with children include organising activities before classes begin and cleaning up later on; preparing resources; supervising children's progress and determining problems; discussing their child's progress with parents or guardians; attending seminar courses and meetings; keeping class records and completing evaluations for each pupils.
