Singer Nirosha has forgotten Kithsiri

Popular singer Nirosha Virajini has not even attended to the funeral of Mr. Aruna Kithsiri, the lyricist who wrote Nirosha the song "Sitha obata muwawi iki bindina", which became the turning point of her singing career, at a time she was stuck in singing Tamil and Hindi songs.

The music was provided by Samantha Perera.

It is said that his casket was placed in Sama Mvatha, Biyagama for nearly 3 days.

Kithisi who joined the field as a production coordinator, although had written songs for a bunch of singers, it is said only a few like Kasun Kalhara, Chandani Hettiarachchi, Dhammika Thewarapperuma and Samantha Perera had even remembered him.

It is said that Kithsiri has a one and a half year old daughter.

However, Nirosha had explained that she could not come for the funeral as she had a musical show two days later.
